CCRDC was founded in 2004, on the premise of being self-sufficient and self-reliant, "Give someone a change to be productive in society and make a decent living"  G&M Automotive

CCRDC is committed to solution building to combat the factors that lead to poverty, thus helping people break the cycle of poverty and providing the resources to help children, family and community meet their basic needs, while promoting and supporting self-sufficiency. Since our inception, CCRDC has utilized its resources in both the public and private sectors state-wide within priority districts in New Jersey.

All programs are reflective of CCRDC’s mission of 'changing lives one day at a time'.

Our Business:

Crossroads Community Resource Development Center, Inc., (CCRDC) exists for the purpose of  promoting  quality and affordable housing opportunities and economic stability within neighborhoods that are underserved and under represented through current public policy.

Through collaborations with Community, Local, State and Federal entities and other non-profit organizations we can increase opportunities for communities to thrive thus sustaining and improving their quality of life. 

CCRDC will build a model of service deliveries by:

• Ensuring stability and economic growth for our clients through on-going financial literacy training.
• Prevent recidivism through empowerment and life skill trainings that promote self-sufficiency
• Provide support and resources for improving housing with increased pathways that lead to new opportunities for home ownership.
• Increase community engagement through intensive and interactive leadership/advocacy trainings for parents, youth, ex-offenders and faith based communities.
